Emerald Pool
Emerald Pool
Nestled in the interior of the island Emerald Pool is a must see when visiting Dominica. A naturally created pool surrounded by green lush vegetation. Dip in and let the water remove the city heat from your body as the waterfall pours in fresh well filtered mountain water loaded with all the minerals from the fertile volcanic soil. This pool is definitely worth more than emeralds themselves.

Fresh Water Lake -
Fresh Water Lale
Located in the misty mountain village of Laudat, this wide body of fresh water spans several hundred feet and is currently reported to be 20 or more feet deep. The eye catching part of this lake is the islets that are located within the body of water, which can be accessed by boat. The water in the lake is pure fresh drinkable water which flows from a high mountain spring and pours into the lake via a stream which is located to the northern end. The beautiful body of water is skimmed by thick lovely mist on colder days, it truly is a sight to behold!
